Our USB C Adaptive Active Optical Cable is the latest AOC technology on the market.

Boasting a maximum data rate of 10Gbps up to 15m & 60 watts of power up to 10m, then 40 watts at 15m.

The Adaptive technology takes action when the cable is being used for video.

If you are running video over DP Alt Mode at 8K@30Hz then the adaptive technology in the cable will lower the USB data speed to USB 2.0 to allow for the higher video resolution.

If the resolution is up to 4K@60Hz then the cable is able to simultaneously transfer data at USB 3.1 speed of 10Gbps.

The USB C port will need to support DP Alt Mode for video use.
