Tight Buffered Int/Ext - OM4

Excel OM4 50/125μm tight buffered optical fibre cables are designed specifically for both internal and external applications, offering high flexibility and ease of installation. These compact, lightweight cables are constructed around an E-Glass strength member and contain up to 24 colour-coded 900μm tight buffered fibres. The fibres are covered by a flame retardant, low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) outer sheath, ensuring safety and durability in a variety of environments.

The cables are water-resistant and UV-resistant, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor installations. They are duct grade and rodent-resistant, offering reliable protection in harsh conditions. For ease of installation, the cables are sequentially metre marked.

These cables meet Euroclass Cca-s1a-d0-a1 fire safety standards and have a CIBSE TM65 Embodied Carbon value of 0.175 kg CO2e, reflecting their sustainable design.
